GENERAL RULES FOR DISCIPLINE
- At the time of following documents must be attached along with the Admission Form:-
- a. Admit Card, Mark sheet and Pass Certificate of Class 10th.
- b. Character certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
- c. Address Proof Certificate.
- d. Two copies of recent passport size photograph.
- e. Cast Certificate from the competent authority(if applicable)
- f. Migration Certificate, for the students outside SEBA (to be submitted at the earliest).
- g. A student promoted to Class H.S. 2nd year have to take admission by depositing necessary fees at the college cash counter on the date notified by the authority, which is usually within 10 days of declaration of result.
- COURSES OF STUDAY:
- Eligibility : - HSLC Pass
- Duration : - Two Years Higher Secondary Courses (1+1)
- Stream : - Arts
- Selection : - Admission is given on the basis of merit in the HSLC Examination.
- Number of Seat : - Only 60 students.
Every student must maintain the following rules and regulation strictly:-
1. Student must enter the college campus before 8.40 a.m. with their uniform dress.
2. No society or association of the students will be formed without the prior permission written permission of the principal.
3. Student must carry their Identity card to the college regularly during college hour.
4. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the class room.
5. The college campus is a no smoking tobacco / no drugs / no alcohol zone.
6. Students found damaging any property of the institution will be liable to pay the cost.
7. All students should see the notice board of the college regular.
8. The students are bound by all the rule and regulation made by the college authority time to time.
9. The students who will fail to attain in the class up to 4 days in a month will have to pay 500 rupees as a penalty fees.
ATTENDANCE:-
Regular and punctual attendance in the classes is obligatory. As per Assam higher secondary council rules, a students must attend at least 90% of the total lectures delivered in its subject during academies session. Other ways, he / she will be debarred from appearing in the H.S. Examination.
